Information concerning the resolution of disputes via online mechanisms (Online Dispute Resolution):
In the first quarter of 2016, the European Commission will establish an internet platform for the resolution of disputes via the internet (the so-called “ODR platform”). The ODR platform is meant to serve as an instrument for out-of-court dispute settlements in the field of contractual commitments resulting from sales contracts concluded online.
