Large folded bellows featuring paint-resistant fabric. Purpose: protect mechanism of robot designed to paint booster rockets.
Dynatect's sewn bellows can be made into very large and/or long protective covers equaling one or more stories tall.
Large, Reinforced Bellows: This application required a bellows capable of withstanding cyclical pressure. Dynatect provided a modified Gorframe bellows, reinforced with wires for a predictable travel path, maintaining its form under pressure. This design offers a favorable extended-to-retracted ratio and long service life. The bellows is utilized in a high-impact velocity quench, a metal processing heat transfer process.
Leveraging expertise from various bellows manufacturing techniques, Dynatect created a passageway bellows used as a flexible barrier between an access door and a room with sensitive equipment. Mounted on a rail system, the bellows helped keep particulate out of the room while accessing the room for maintenance.
These tall scissors lift bellows are 41” x 96” overall wide and 372” extended (length) with 30 sections. The cover has brass zippers on two sides. The material is non-stick PTFE-coated-polyester chosen for operation in paint booth.

Dynatect designed a custom pass-through bellows to connect a truck cab to a camper body, accommodating a high angular offset for flexible movement. Bellows material: CSM-coated fabric. Overall size: 41x35x4.5 inches.
These record-breaking bellows, made from clear, reinforced vinyl provided a complete seal for a 20 ft. long x 15 ft. wide by 30 ft. high enclosure for equipment testing.
Dynatect designed a customized bellows system to accommodate high shear stress and ensure durability in electronics recycling machines. Bellows folds with extra material were incorporated to handle the significant shear movement, also requiring extra heavy-duty fabric to withstand the increased strain.
This large 76-section Heat-Sealed bellows cover incorporates specific reinforcement patterns and materials to ensure durability and performance in its intended application. Dimensions: ~106" wide, 20" retracted, ~200" extended. The stiffener profile is optimized for weight reduction. Aluminum binding throughout reinforces shape.
Dynatect created a set of bellows with a clamshell opening design, that together span 12 feet. Its primary purpose is to create a protective seal around an optical instrument, shielding it from adverse weather conditions. The material used is a special vinyl that is resistant to water, mildew, and ultraviolet rays. Aluminum support ribs provided strong but lightweight support and structure, and were strategically placed to minimize the retracted dimension / compressed size of the cover.
