Gortrac®
The MA series is an open-link metal cable carrier with a 2.00” (50,8 mm) overall link height and 5 widths to choose from (2.25″ to 7.00″ / 57,15 to 177,8 mm). Designed for greater unsupported spans, MA is lightweight and strong – ideal for aerial work platforms and truck-mounted booms.
The MA series utilizes Gortrac® extrude technology, allowing for greater unsupported spans compared to similar carriers. The efficient, 3-sided metal construction provides cost-effective cable and hose protection while maintaining a lightweight design. The self-cleaning peanut slot design minimizes debris build-up, supporting smooth operation over time.
Applications: Aerial work platforms, truck-mounted booms, horizontal drilling machines, and more.

How to Specify Brackets
Specify both bracket arrangement # and direction of mounting holes. Mounting holes can be inward (IN) facing or outward (OUT) facing.
Example: #1 arrangement and inward facing holes = #1-IN
Example: #4 arrangement and outward facing holes = #4-OUT
Standard Mounting Bracket Arrangements
The arrows point to the mounting surfaces of the chain, which are the flat areas on either side of the chain that are used to secure it to a machine or piece of equipment. These surfaces are part of the brackets or flanges (also known as mounting brackets) that are attached to the chain.
The bracket configuration number is the same for both ends of the chain and identifies the relationship between the mounting surfaces of the brackets and the curve of the chain.
