Dynatect’s microFIN system combines precision protection with maximum flexibility. Designed for demanding machine environments, this modular finned bellows system features individually replaceable lamellas (also known as fins) and low-compression geometry, allowing longer machine strokes and superior sealing against chips and coolants.

Minimal Compression

The interlocking design of MICROFIN feather and bellows elements enables a compression rate of just 2.4 mm per lamella—maximizing available machine stroke.

Scratch Protection & Longer Life

The fin geometry reduces surface scratching, increasing the bellows’ lifespan by up to 70%. Sealing performance against coolants and chips is significantly improved.

Modular & Maintainable

Each lamella can be individually replaced from the bellows body without removing the entire cover system—saving time and maintenance cost.

Optional Sealing Fabric

A secondary fabric layer can be integrated for 100% sealing against fluids without adding to compression height.
